Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to arlington.media, operated by Arlington Media, Inc. ("Arlington Media," "we," "us"), and to the booking, scheduling, invoicing, and delivery services provided through it.

Information We Collect

Booking and contact information you provide when you inquire or book a Mission — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the details of the service, including the decedent’s name, service date, location, and next-of-kin information you supply.

Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Communications you send us by web form, email, or text message.

Basic technical and usage data collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries, prepare booking confirmations, schedule and provide coverage, process payments and invoices, deliver finished media, and provide customer support.

To send you booking, scheduling, invoicing, and delivery communications by email and text message, as described under "Text Messages" below.

To operate, secure, and improve our websites and services, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the decedent or family information you provide for advertising.

Text Messages (SMS)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive booking, scheduling, invoicing, and delivery text messages related to your Mission. Message frequency varies with the status of your booking and the date of the service, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future messages, or HELP for support. You can also contact us directly. Opting out of text messages does not affect communications we send by email or your rights under our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf — for example, payment processing, cloud storage and online gallery hosting, email and text-message delivery, and website hosting and analytics. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Platforms and Storage

We use third-party platforms to store, process, and deliver files, including cloud storage and online gallery services. We do not control those platforms, and their availability and security are governed by their own terms. Our handling of delivered files, gallery availability, and file retention is described in our Terms & Conditions.

Retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Delivered media galleries are guaranteed to remain available for one (1) year following the delivery notice, and are typically available for up to five (5) years as a courtesy. Please download your files within the first year. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will honor these requests to the extent required by applicable law and consistent with our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Note that requesting deletion of booking information may affect our ability to provide or support your Mission.

Children's Privacy

Our websites and services are directed to adults and are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be posted on this page.
